Sigma Chi Recruitment

Dear Potential Sig,

The Nu (formerly and futurely, Omega) Associate Chapter of Sigma Chi has a long and storied history of developing young men into leaders while fostering a sense of brotherhood and friendship. Our chapter’s recruitment process is about meeting and connecting with potential new members (PNMs) on a personal level. We get to know our PNMs by taking them out to dinner, golfing with them, and just hanging out to see if they’re a good fit.

We take the time to be thorough in our recruitment process to ensure that individuals who receive bids to our chapter represent the ideals of Sigma Chi and are upstanding community members. We’re looking for individuals from all types of backgrounds and interests who will contribute to a strong and community-oriented group.

Furthermore, joining Sigma Chi during or before the 2025-2026 school year guarantees you a place as a Founding Father of our chapter. This is a distinction that comes with an ability to shape the chapter’s roots. Also, as a recognition of your early contribution, your portrait will be hung in the chapter house forever. We hope you will take the opportunity to learn more about us and how you can contribute.

Finally, if you know of any Northwestern students who may be a good fit for our chapter, we invite you to share with us their name, contact information, and a brief description. We would be happy to contact them regarding our recruitment plans. To do so, please email both recruitment chairs.

In Hoc Signo Vinces,
