Sigma Chi Recruitment

Dear Potential Sig,

The Omega Chapter of Sigma Chi has a long and storied history of developing young men into leaders while fostering a sense of brotherhood and friendship. Our chapter’s recruitment process is about meeting and connecting with potential new members (PNMs) on a personal level. We get to know our PNMs by taking them out to dinner, golfing with them, and just hanging out to see if they’re a good fit. 

We take the time to be thorough in our recruitment process to ensure that individuals who receive bids to our chapter represent the ideals of Sigma Chi and are upstanding community members. We’re looking for individuals from all types of backgrounds and interests who will contribute to a strong and community-oriented group.
